CC Multi-seller Consolidation

Create some form of consolidation so that users can opt-in to check out from multiple sellers with one shipping price. This does not need to be as workflow intense as the "reimbursement" model, but Crystal Commerce could act as a hub to receive and process shipments from these types of orders and then combine and ship them to buyers at their request. Buyers will accept longer shipping times for this forwarding practice in exchange for reduced shipping costs, so time estimates should be clearly labeled, or this feature could be entirely toggled on and off based on user preference.
